My name is Ginny Ambrose and I am proud to serve as Assistant Principal at Perquimans Central School. I have been in public education for 25 years, 22 of those years as a classroom teacher. I have taught Kindergarten, 2nd, 3rd, 6th, and AIG. I attended Roanoke Bible College (now Mid-Atlantic Christian University) and Elizabeth City State. I have a masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction: Reading from Grand Canyon University and an administration add-on license from Gardner-Webb University. I also became a National Board certified teacher in 2007.
As an Assistant Principal, my goal is to ensure that students are learning in a safe environment with quality instruction. I work with families and teachers for this to happen.
I believe that our children are our greatest asset and we have to pour into them to achieve a strong community.
