Perquimans Central is a Pre Kindergarten through Second grade school with 2 Pre Kindergartens, 6 Kindergarten classes, 9 First Grades, and 8 Second Grades. We have approximately 400 students. Our school is the only Pre-Kindergarten through second grade school in Perquimans County. We feed into Hertford Grammar School, which is a third through fifth grade school. We are located in a rural section of northeastern North Carolina with supportive parents and a nurturing community.
